We understand that some system manufacturers may put their primary emphasis on sales. And, once they have made the sale, they know they’ve got the client ‘trapped’, to a degree, so they can be a little more lax when it comes to being truly responsive to the client’s service needs. After all, because the system purchase was so substantial, they know the client is going to get as much mileage out of the system as possible.
In the meantime, the client just wants the system to work properly, effectively and efficiently, with as few headaches as possible. In many cases, they may mean ‘fine-tuning’ the system in the real world.
We offer a personalized alternative to POS manufacturers’ service and support, and we are fully committed to our clients entire network, not to any one IT or POS brand name or system.
Since we don’t sell POS systems, we won’t try to promote one brand over another, or push upgrading an existing system — as a way to increase our own revenue — even if we diagnose a client’s underlying problem as an outdated system or application.
Our commitment is to service and support a client’s POS system as best as it can be, as responsively as possible. That may include repairing the system, updating it, replacing it or simply making it as functional as it can be.
